1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using twBot.gg ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

twBot.gg provides Discord bot management services, including but not limited to reminder systems, guild management, automated notifications, trading journal entry logging, and AI-powered features such as sentiment analysis and daily trading psychology summaries. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about the reliability or availability of the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

  • • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • • You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • • You agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service
  • • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Third-Party Integrations

Discord Integration: Our Service integrates with Discord through their API. By using our Service, you agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Discord regarding your account or servers.

AI Services: Our Service uses OpenAI's API to provide AI-powered features such as sentiment analysis and daily trading psychology summaries. By using these features, you acknowledge that your trading journal entries will be processed by OpenAI's services. AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. twBot.gg is not a registered financial advisor, broker, investment adviser, legal adviser, or tax adviser, and nothing in the Service constitutes trading, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or quality of AI-generated content.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall twBot.gg be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Trading Risk Disclosures

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones' financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. for example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading results.
